This listing price is for either one felt Kermit headband (choice of plastic or elastic headband), one collar, or the set. The plastic headband fits perfectly on a toddler, and it is flexible enough to fit on an adult, because adults should have fun too! The collar can be tied around your neck in case you need a larger and more comfortable size.
The elastic band option is for the little ones 1-3 years old. The hard plastic fits the older toddler up to adults.
