What if I want something that isn't in your shop?
I am always up for creating new things! You can email me, or message me from the contact page with your ideas, and we can discuss your custom order.
What is the process of a custom order?
Since you have not seen custom, or brand new orders, once I have your proof ready (felt cut outs, layout designs, color options, etc), I will send you a photo. Once I have gotten your approval, I will assemble your order. Then a final photo will be sent to you for your last approval before I mail your order.
Please note, it is very important to leave a reliable form of communication. I will not move forward with your order if I am pending on your approval.
What is the turnaround time when I place an order from your shop?
All of my creations are MADE TO ORDER, and since everything is sewn by hand, please allow at least 8-9 weeks to prepare. However, that time may vary depending on my workload, you may receive your order sooner or later if I am packed with other orders. Orders pending approvals may delay this time frame as well. If you need them earlier, please contact me before purchasing so we can discuss further details, however, please note there may be an additional rush fee. Is there anything you won't make?
Yes, if you send me a photo of an idea you like, I will not recreate someone else's artwork. However, I will use that photo as reference and make it fit my style.

What is the policy on cancellation or refunds?
Once you have placed your order, you have up to two weeks (14 days) to request a cancellation, however, cancellations are not accepted for custom orders or instant downloads. Returns or refunds after receiving an order are not accepted, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Refund turnaround policy for credit cards/paid with Square:
It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with Square. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer’s card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your customer’s account. In total it can take 4-14 business days for your customer to receive their refund
My order was shipped, but I never received it. Can you send me another one?
I always want my customers to have the best experience with my business. Please keep in mind that I have no control over the post office, and unfortunately packages can get lost. Once I have taken your order to the post office, it is not my responsibility what happens after that. If you have not received your item after a period of time, I will try my best to help you locate the package. If it is an international order, once it has left the states, I cannot do further research for you, and you will need to contact your postal service. As far as sending another order or payment, the options may vary depending on the situation, and we would discuss those details in private (examples of factors that may vary are if the item is time sensitive, how large the order was, how busy my work schedule may be, etc).
Can I get a discount if I order a larger quantity?
Unfortunately, no I cannot give discounts for this, because more items also mean more work for myself. You should subscribe to the email list if you are interested in discounts. The best discounts will be emailed to those on the email list!
I accidentally put the wrong shipping address, and my package was already shipped. What can I do?
It is very important to check your mailing address before you finalize your order. If your package has been shipped to a fake address, it will be mailed back to me, but you will have to pay a second shipping fee. If the accidental address is in existence, you will need to contact the USPS to reroute the package with the tracking number you receive from the order.
I noticed you offer local orders without the shipping fees in the Rio Grande Valley. How far are you willing to drive?
I am from McAllen, Tx, and I am willing to meet customers in only McAllen. If you live farther than that, you can always drive closer to my radius, otherwise, you may need to have your order shipped.
